We also collect a limited amount of technical data automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, for security, fraud prevention and aggregate analytics.

- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to send you order and dispatch confirmations.
- To answer your questions and resolve problems with an order.
- To send you our newsletter — only if you have actively opted in, and only until you unsubscribe.

This site is a static website with no database. Order and contact data is handled by the third-party services named in this policy rather than stored on the web server itself.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Our kids craft tutorials are written for parents and carers to read and lead.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the bottom of the page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be announced on the site.
